If there are no events to prepare for, most of the other work is done online via email, phone/skype. This allows the owner to travel when needed and still stay on top of the tasks at hand. Support & Training:

It is in the best interest of the current owner to make sure that the buyer is fully prepared to take over the business and has all the knowledge needed to succeed and grow the company.
