The business transfer process is quite simple. Full help to go through this process would be given by myself. The main elements to conclude a transfer are; tax number, signed lease agreement and sale contract. All these can be obtained easily. Once the accountant has these he can do the business transfer with the appropriate tax office. The trading license transfer would require a simple medical and residency permit.
