We are part of a popular math franchise in Singapore. Our current and still growing student headcount is 58. Takeover cost of S$32,000 includes 58 students, lease rental of remaining 11 mths @ S$1.6k per month, furniture and fittings, computer equipments and some goodwill costs (we are a registered private enrichment centre with MOE and we will train and familiarise the potential buyer for a period of one mth for proper handover).
However, S$32,000 takeover fee excluded books inventory. We are nearing the enrolment peak period, hence takeover fee will increase with increase with headcount. We have trained an experienced undergraduate as a part-time instructor for the past one year. At the moment, we are also training another undergrad for more than one mth, potential buyer can send this instructor for HQ training if necessary. Potential buyer will need consent from Master Franchisor for takeover as a franchisee. Potential buyer should preferably be a degree holder.
Our centre is near wet market, primary school, childcare centre, kindergarten, coffeeshop, clinic, HDB, & Condo.
