We own a small submarine company registered in the BVI.

Due to a several unexpected, time taking and expensive circumstances getting the assets needed to operate and starting up the business, we have run out of finances on the brink of success. The timing of start up was bad, and we are ready to start now in the beginning of low season. We therefore find it necessary to return to our home country.

The business includes:

*One brand new $17.500 HydroBOB, the original and best underwater scooter (made from the man who made the underwater filming equipment for the James Bond movie "tomorrow never dies"). No dive certificate is needed to ride one.
*One 36 feet fu-hwa trawler with a 135 hp Perkins engine, set up with a crane for launching the BOB. Includes generator and it is possible to live aboard this vessel. Valued about $65.000 +. Recent bottom-job and transmission rebuild.
*Some snorkeling gear, six dive cylinders and batteries, charger ect.
*We will try to transfer our permits and trade licence, but these are given on an individual basis, so you might have to re-apply.
*A 9 foot dinghy with a 3.3 hp outboard Mercury engine
