Business Summary

Every day I am at the shop I hear "Wow, what an amazing place" or "I LOVE Bookstores!" and "You're living the dream, I wish I could be you!". Well now you have a chance to be "me" and enjoy this amazing place. We are a successful bookstore and information hub in our area. We are listed in the Lonely Planet Costa Rica guidebook, Fromers and #1 on Tripadvisor.

We have worked hard to get the shop to this level. We have an inventory of about 3,500 books and sell many other products in the store. We sell tours, souvenirs, hand made local crafts and art, maps, coffee, DVDs and Costa Rican CDs and more. The store has an excellent location in the central part of town, only 1/2 block from the main bus station and 1 block from the ocean.

Sunsets here are amazing! There is a marina in town and is visited by cruise ships. The shop is already up and running and has employees. We are looking for some one who wants to continue moving the shop forward and love it like we have. My Wife and I will be able to train you and give you tips after the sale.

Our plan has always been a 5 yr plan of build the business sell or have a different investor and move on to open another business. Thanks for reading about our amazing place.
