Santa Ponsa, on the south-west coast of Mallorca, is a thriving and busy holiday resort. Every September there is a grand fiesta to commemorate the landing with a mock battle between the Moors and Christians on the beach. It is a two week fiesta which incorporates a pop concert and firework display.

Santa Ponsa also has a large expat community who live on the Island all year round.

This 90sqm 60 cover restaurant situated on a main road has built up a superb reputation in a relatively short time. Open from first thing in the morning to late evening the menu features Breakfast, Steaks, Sunday Roast, Vegetarian and children’s meals.

Wood panelling and large mirrors give this restaurant a warm atmosphere and all fixtures and fitting are in great condition.

The 32 seater interior area also features the main bar which is used to dispense drinks to the busy restaurant floor area.

The large front terrace which comfortably seats a further 28 enables diners to take in the atmosphere and people watch as the steady stream of eager holiday makers make their way from Santa Ponsa up to the entertainment at the square via this tree lined avenue.

The current owner has not had this business for very long but does also own a very successful and long standing bar just around the corner and is finding running both businesses more work than he first anticipated.

Out of season this restaurant is one of the very few open and being directly across the road from a large apartment complex with further apartments above it is heavily supported by expats.
