We've been here since 2003 and never worked with Online Travel Agencies because we never needed them, which means all revenue is ours, we never paid commissions (just look us up, you won't find us on any OTA website. So there's still a lot of space for expansion, we deliberately only opened our doors to tourists from April to September (included) so we could enjoy the rest of the year doing other things and travel.
As stated above, we never worked with OTA's so there's a lot of expansion possibilities. In terms of physical expansion of the structure there are possibilities to add camping lots and even a detached small housing.
